  • 2 egg whites
  • cup cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • teaspoon garlic and paprika
  • half a cup onion powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • fresh black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: In a piece of foil, mix the galette, cornflour, cheese, paprika and garlic, and onion powders. Put the fish on another foil and cover it with salt and pepper. In a shallow dish, beat the egg whites and dip the fish in it and then pass it through the cake. Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes. If you want, you can put the fish strips in the oven for a few minutes so that they cook better inside.

Roasted chickpeas (instead of french fries)

Ingredients:

  • 2 canned dried chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sweet chili powder
  • half a teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions: preheat the oven and put the chickpeas in a plastic bag that closes with a zipper along with the olive oil and spices. Shake the mixture well and then put it on a non-stick paper and let it cook for 25-30 minutes.
