Flat belly in three days

Flat belly in three days. With a healthy diet and regular exercise, you can expect to safely lose 1 to 2 pounds of body fat – some of which will come from your belly – per week. Depending on how much you have to lose to get a flat stomach, you will have to wait for the weight to go away for several months or even years. In the short term, you can get rid of something that can make even an already flat stomach looks swollen: bloating.

Some changes in your diet can make a big difference to your swelling in just a few days.

Be careful what you eat

Eating too much at a meal or eating too fast can cause bloating. If you usually wait many hours between meals and eat when you are starving, you are likely to eat too much too quickly. Eating too much causes the belly to swell because excess food cannot digest quickly enough. Also, eating too fast can cause air to swallow, leading to gas in your abdomen.

Eat smaller meals more often.

This prevents you from starving so much that you are eventually led to over-consumption. It also gives your body less simultaneous processing, so it’s easier for your digestive system.

Don’t eat in a hurry.

Make sure you have enough time to sit down and eat slowly and carefully. Pay attention to your food as you eat it, chew it well, and do not remove it while eating.

Avoid talking while eating.

Although a little relaxed conversation during meals is fine, talking while eating may cause you to swallow too much air, which leads to bloating.

Avoid certain foods

While trying to reduce bloating to achieve a flat stomach, it is best to avoid foods that are known to cause gas and bloating. Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber, dairy products and whole grains are common foods that produce gases.

Examples of such foods include: -Beans -mprokolo -agkinares -lachano -malic -verikoka -damaskina -kastano rice -Milk -tyri -pagoto also prepared foods containing lactose from milk sugar, food containing sorbitol as candies, carbonated beverages and alcoholic beverages such as wine and black beer. Salted foods, such as crisps, crackers, and pizza, can cause your body to retain water, which can also make you feel bloated. This type of bloating is likely to occur throughout your body and not just your abdomen, however. Whether these foods cause bloating varies from person to person. Through testing, you will find out which foods lead to a bloated belly and which do not. Since many bloating foods are also healthy foods, don’t take them out of your diet for more than a few days – unless you have an intolerance, of course.

Make healthy choices

To avoid bloating in the short term, focus on foods that are not known to cause gases. These include – meat, poultry, and fish – eggs – lettuce, tomatoes, zucchini – melons, grapes, berries, cherries, and avocado – gluten-free bread, rice bread, and plain rice.
