2. Keep your meals simple

What you need to do is make sure your meal contains a source of complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and good fats in order to supply your body with all the necessary nutrients.
3. Eat your meal more slowly
When you eat fast, the body has no opportunity to send a signal to the brain that you are full. Stomach receptors and related hormones may take 15 to 20 minutes to act. So you end up eating more than your body needs.
At the same time, when you chew the food more, you help digest your food. Saliva has enzymes that lubricate and start digesting what you eat, as well as allowing your taste buds to “break down” the meal. On the contrary, when you devour your food, you do not prevent the food from breaking down properly, making it more difficult to digest.
