Some foods are known to cause swelling in the stomach. These foods make you appear heavier than you are and cause discomfort. The four types of foods you should avoid are:
1. Vegetables for Flat Stomach
Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, greens due to their high fiber content cause a blur. Enjoy a small portion as it is so healthy, but stop there and don’t overdo it, especially if you would like to fit into a tight dress later.
2. Standard salty products

3. Soda
