Do you have overwork?

Do you have overwork? Overwork, the so-called Burnout Syndrome, is pathogenic nowadays. We live in the age of evolution and speed, so we don’t think about how tired our bodies are. The needs are many and the jobs are long. How, though, does overwork appear?

The symptoms are sometimes mild, sometimes persistent. Insomnia or drowsiness, headaches, boredom, depression, stomach aches. They are accompanied by a reduced mood for sex, hypertension, nervousness, anger. While there were often unnecessary outbursts, there was no communication.

Burnout syndrome is caused when a person works for long hours, overtime, does not rest at all and has no free time.
More than 1 in 4 workers in the European Union suffer from work stress.

Indications and psychology

Burn out syndrome causes not only physical strain but also gradual impairment of brain function. At first, you feel anger, boredom, and daydreaming and then a strong frustration and isolation from colleagues. Those who have anger management problems or those who work on jobs that they have not chosen themselves are more likely to “burn” than others.

As reports, the 6 signs that we are on the brink of mental and physical exhaustion are the following: Bad sleep. You wake up in the middle of the night and you get overwhelmed. You feel exhausted and reactive to your behavior. You have a constant worry and you neglect yourself.

You are irritable and you get angry very easily. You haven’t slept for more than 5 hours for a long time. You have negative emotions and you have forgotten what joy means.

It would be good to find the time you require because your health is above all. You have every right to have the time you need especially in case of overwork. You wouldn’t want to end up having chronic symptoms that don’t go away at all. You have to take care of yourself first. Otherwise, you will not be able to produce any work.
