Just hold each posture for 5-30 seconds and repeat these exercises at least 4-5 times a week.
1. Butterfly wings
Lie with your back to the floor. With both knees bent, lift the lower part of your back, as in the picture, from the floor, propping yourself against the wall using your right foot. Rest your left foot on your right knee and put your hands on your stomach. Repeat the exercise with the left foot on the wall and the right foot resting.
Place your palms on the stomach. Push your knee against the wall to stabilize and raise your right foot vertically while holding the left as low as you can. Repeat with the left foot.
Raise both of your feet against the wall, holding your toes straight up. Only your hands and shoulders can easily lift off the floor at this posture. Raise your right hand and hold it straight, pointing to your foot, while resting your left hand on your stomach. Repeat the exercise with your left hand raised and your stomach right.
Raise both feet without bending your knees. Hold your right foot against the wall and pull it forward while resting your waist with your palms. Repeat with the left foot.
Lie on a rug with your hands stretched out and your palms facing down. The tips of your fingers should touch the wall. Position your feet on the wall as high as you can and put your weight on them, stretch your thigh muscles, and lift your back off the floor.
To get the most out of these exercises, try repeating each pose 10 times. You should start to feel and see the results after 2-3 weeks.
